Easter - March 26th-27th

Pascua (Easter in Ingles) is one of Mexico's most important religious celebrations. The Easter season begins on Ash Wednesday and continues through the 40 days of Cuaresma (Lent) leading up to Easter. Throughout Mexico a variety of Easter traditions can be seen, many of them originating from Spain, with diverse customs found in particular regions and cities.
